"Tunnel Vision" is one of the Happy Tree Friends Break shorts. This is one of the shorts that recycle animation from Happy Tree Friends & Friends, specifically from the "we're back" bumpers. Like in "Take Your Seat", "Moppin Up", "Bite Sized", "Pop & Corn", "Butter Me Up", and "Cheesy Does It", the Happy Tree Friends & Friends logo is replaced with the Break logo, but there is no "is dead!" scribble since its erasure in "Butter Me Up". This short also doubles as a teaser to the regular short "Clause For Concern" after the show's 1-year hiatus since the release of "See You Later, Elevator" back in September 20, 2010.

Plot[edit]

Mime is about to have his drink when Mole walks through the aisle behind him, bumping his seat which knocks him forward. Mime ends up with the straw stuck in his eye. His drink falls to the floor, showing a blue Happy Tree Friends Break logo as its label. The scene then transitions to show a working washing machine operated by Pop. Captions are shown on the washing machine:

We're in the final cycle

of making a brand new, full length

Happy Tree Friends episode!

Fates[edit]

Injuries[edit]

  • Mime's eye is stabbed by a straw.

Survival rate[edit]

  • Number of surviving main characters: 3
  • Number of dead main characters: 0
  • Total rate: 100%

Animation errors[edit]

  • Mole is drawn without his left arm. This mistake applies both in the Break version and the original Happy Tree Friends & Friends clip.

Trivia[edit]

  • "Tunnel Vision" is one of the very few Happy Tree Friends shorts without voice acting. Both Mime and Mole are silent characters, and Pop's appearance in the teaser part does not make any noise.
